CBD Matcha Latte
Traditionally used by Zen Buddhist monks, making a matcha latte can be a tasty way to find a moment of calm in your day.

- 1 ¼ tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup or raw honey
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk or milk of choice
- CBD oil can omit for a regular latte
Place matcha powder, maple syrup, CBD oil and boiling water in a mug.
Whisk using a bamboo or metal whisk until matcha is completely dissolved.
Heat oat milk, either on the stove, in the microwave, or using a frothing wand. You want the milk to be hot, but not boiling.
Pour milk into mug, taste, and add more sweetener to taste. Sip and enjoy!
