Pulse until the mixture is well-combined and sticky. If the mixture isn’t coming together, add 1 teaspoon of water at a time. You may need to scrape down the sides of the food processor with a rubber spatula between pulses.
Once the mixture is ready, roll into 16 balls and place them on a baking sheet or Tupperware container. Freeze for 15 minutes, or until slightly firm. Option to store bliss balls in the freezer for up to 4 months or the fridge for about 2 weeks.
